Lipo Mesotherapy
is a form of Mesotherapy that involves a series of small, relatively
painless, injections. The injections are just below the skin and
act to mobilize and melt fat. Target areas typically include the
buttocks, abdomen, waist, thighs, and the backs of the arms. Other
areas which respond favorably include the face, chin, and below
the eyes. A second form of Mesotherapy, Cellulite
Mesotherapy, works exceptionally well on cellulite. Unlike
the more invasive procedure of Liposuction, there is no down time
involved with either procedure.
The number of treatment sessions required
for either procedure will vary depending on many factors, including
the size of the target area. Thinner patients with "love handles"
or "saddle bags" may require fewer treatments. Typically,
however, patients require 6 - 10 visits. Many patients are pleased
with their results even after the first visit. The effects are progressive,
so more noticeable results are achieved with each session.
